Booking & Deal Desk

One controlled path from agreed price to signed booking form.

Booking is where discipline usually breaks: a discount agreed on a call, a cost sheet typed by hand, a unit promised before the paperwork exists. The deal desk makes it a sequence, and puts the approval before the promise.

  1. 01

    Cost Sheet

Generated from the unit's own pricing — base rate, floor rise, charges and taxes — rather than assembled in a spreadsheet each time.

  2. 02

    Discount Approval

An agent quotes what they are authorised to quote. Anything beyond it routes to whoever owns that call, on the record.

  3. 03

    Booking Form

Issued against the sheet that was actually approved, so what the buyer signs and what was sanctioned are the same document.

  4. 04

    Unit Blocking

Confirmation blocks the unit immediately, which is what stops a second booking landing while paperwork is in progress.

  5. 05

    Cancellation Handling

A cancelled booking releases the unit and records the reason, instead of leaving inventory quietly wrong.
